Settlement Documentaries

When you go to mediation, you want the other side to see just what they are up against if they go to trial. A Settlement Documentary can clearly and concisely show just what they face if they decide to go “toe-to-toe” in court.

Settlement Documentaries

With your guidance, we will decide who to include in the video. Interviews can include the Plaintiff, the plaintiff’s family, friends, witnesses, treating physicians, and experts. We will then schedule those interviews and let them tell their story. Our ability to draw out the most powerful responses from these witnesses is unparalleled in our industry. Once the interviews are done, we will write a script and incorporate it with other supporting items which can include before and after photographs, scene photographs, graphics, animations, medical records, accident reports, TV news footage, audio from 911 calls, and deposition testimony. We will put together a comprehensive and complete documentary that will force the other side to empathize with your client.

Many times our clients have told us the Settlement Documentary we produced for them was the single most important ingredient in resolving their case. These powerful videos can include everything from a few client photographs and a short interview to a full presentation of your case including both Damages and Liability. Many things can affect the cost of producing one of these powerful films.  During our initial intake the budget for the project will be discussed and ways to create maximum impact within that budget will be suggested by our staff.

We have an extensive library of previously produced projects which cover nearly every type of case and/or injury imaginable. Simply call or email our office and we will provide you with references as well as demonstrations of our work.
