Definition:
A documentary designed to accurately and effectively communicate the damages and/or liability of an incident. Various narrative techniques are used to present the pertinent testimonial, documentary and real evidence in the case. These elements, combined with voice-over narration where necessary, and judicious editing, present your client's claim in a compelling, concise manner.

Purpose:
