ASCII / VIDEO SYNCHRONIZATION

ASCII synchronization also known as "text and video synchronization" or "transcript synchronization" makes the tedious and time-consuming process of searching video easy and convenient by synchronizing the Court Reporter's written record with the video.

In court, video depositions can be edited, regardless of length, within minutes of a judge's ruling. Contradictory statements from depositions can be retrieved instantly and used to impeach a witness.

Visual Evidence uses skilled technicians to synchronize video unlike some companies that use voice recognition software which often requires extensive editing by the attorney or their staff. Our people spot problems before you do.
Because depositions shot by VEI are already in the digital format there is no need to convert them with the resulting loss of quality. We offer discounts for service ordered at the time of deposition taping. We also provide hardware, software, training, and support before and during trial.
