Fish Story
Visual Evidence was proud to sponsor and take part in the 10th Annual PBCJA Fishing Tournament benefitting the Palm Beach County Fishing Foundation’s annual “Kids’ Fishing Day Program”. The program provides hundreds of underprivileged children with the chance to experience saltwater fishing, learn about marine education and get a brand new rod and reel. Several members of our staff spent the day out on the water and had a great time for a great cause.

FJA in Orlando
Visual Evidence also sponsored and exhibited at the FJA Annual Convention held at the Grand Floridian in Orlando Florida this summer. With nearly 300 attorneys and paralegals attending, it was a great way for us to connect with our established
clients and also meet new ones.
PBCBA Installation
Members from our staff attended the Palm Beach
County Bar Association Annual Installation Banquet
held at the Breakers in Palm Beach. Our congratulations
go out to Michael Napoleone the new president.

Recent Success
Million Dollar Settlement
A man who worked as a tree cutter suffered a spinal injury after the
bucket truck he was working in suddenly collapsed. The accident left the Plaintiff a paraplegic. Visual Evidence shot day in the life video over the course of several days, and also produced a settlement documentary in the case which helped attorneys obtain a settlement against the company that provided maintenance on the equipment.
$3.3 Million Verdict
The Second District Court of Appeal upheld a multi-million dollar decision on behalf of the family of Florida woman who eventually died due to a prescription error by a Walgreens pharmacist. The mother of 3 went to Walgreens to fill a prescription for a blood thinner called Warfarin. Instead of filling the prescription for 1 milligram, the pharmacist mistakenly filled it for 10 milligrams. The overdose of medication caused the woman to suffer a massive stroke that resulted in permanent bodily injury, disability, and physical pain.
$10 Million Verdict
Visual Evidence provided day in the life footage of a young boy who suffers from blindness and permanent brain damage. The child was born two months prematurely during an ambulance ride and the jury decided the ambulance provider was negligent in accepting the transport job, and showed reckless disregard in rendering services which caused severe injury.
$33.6 Million
Two men were working as temporary employees at a construction site helping a crane operator. The operator allowed the cable on his crane to come in contact with an electrical line, shocking the two workers. One man was knocked unconscious, had a heart attack and now suffers from permanent memory loss. The other worker lost his right arm and the use of two fingers on his left hand. Visual Evidence provided day in the life footage that helped attorneys convince the jury to award the workers more than $3 million.

Big or Small Settlement Documentaries Fit All Budgets

When it comes to producing a settlement documentary, a case can never be too big, or too small. While we are happy to work on multi-million dollar cases involving damages and liability that include interviews with family members, experts, treators, etc…, we can also produce videos with one or two interviews blended with pictures and home movies that can be very emotional and impactful. No matter what your budget, we can help tailor a video that meets the needs of your case as well as your bottom line. Call us today so that we can discuss doing a video for you, or ask for a demo so you can see firsthand how effective a settlement documentary can be in any case.

Just A Few Of Our 2009 Successes

Our production department and technical support staff assisted our clients in resolving some of their cases.
* 7-figure settlement - In a negligent security case, VEI produced a settlement documentary involving a woman who lost her new husband after he was shot and killed at an apartment complex that did not have a working security gate.
A paralyzed former Pahokee trucker received a $14.6 million judgment. VEI provided poignant day in the life footage at trial that let the jury see the client’s true pain and suffering.
$5.3 million settlement - VEI produced a settlement documentary in this negligent security/wrongful death case. The plaintiff was murdered by a gunman in an Orlando apartment complex. The companies in charge failed to provide adequate security.
$8.5 million jury verdict - VEI produced a settlement documentary for a woman who died after delayed abdominal surgery. The woman was admitted to Miami's Palmetto General Hospital with severe abdominal pain. Doctors delayed treatment, she went into shock as well as respiratory and cardiac arrest.
$20 million settlement - VEI produced a settlement documentary of a 6-year old girl who entered a Florida hospital through the emergency room. This young girl had problems with her airways as a result of thick mucus. She was in the hospital for several days and woke up with labored breathing, expressed severe anxiousness and congestion. After continuous problems she awoke again coughing up large amounts of mucus. She had a major arrest almost three days after she was admitted to the hospital. Unfortunately this young, beautiful six year old girl suffered a hypoxic brain injury and remained severely damaged.
