Day In The Life
The old saying goes, “never judge a man until you walk in his shoes”. We have learned that statement to be so true with the clients we have met over the last two and a half decades.

Every one of us puts on our shoes, brushes our teeth even scratches our nose without a thought of being unable to do so. These are the things that all of us can relate to and take for granted. But when a person is injured, life can include burn debridements, agonizing therapy sessions, or even struggling desperately just to move a limb or put on a sock.
Day in the Life videos depict the life of your client from his or her perspective. Seeing your client’s Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) through his or her eyes can have a profound effect on a jury or an adjuster. We will follow your client through his or her day and capture the obstacles faced. We will then take all that footage, and edit it down to a 10-15 minute piece for you to present at mediation or at trial. The end result is a powerful and impactful tool that makes people see and understand the difficulties your client faces.
Over the past 26 years we have developed a staff that has the training, the skills and most importantly the compassion to understand and anticipate the effects your client’s injuries are having on their lives. Many of the Day in the Life videos we have produced caused the case to settle at mediation.
We have an extensive library of Day in the Life videos produced across the country and with a wide array of injury types. We would be happy to send you a sample of our work.
Call or email us today with any questions regarding how we might assist your practice in presenting your clients damages.
